SMS/Texting is also NOT included You must always use the correct prefixes and international dialing conventions as noted below whenever making a call to a local number. 00 (Country Code) (Area Code) (Number) or + (Country Code) (Area Code) (Number) If calling a French number, you must use their country code which is 33 for example, in front of the number.  eg: For Landlines: 00 - 33 - Area Code - Land Phone Number Or + 33 - Area Code - Land Phone Number and/or For Mobiles: 00 - 33 - 9 Digit Mobile Number (for calling) If you need to call a rental company or tour provider, it is recommended to check with them before you depart for the correct international dialling conventions and to ensure it is standard local rate number.
